Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. During periods of high order volume, holidays, supplier delays, inventory replenishment, quality inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may take longer. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment are generally 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, peak shipping seasons, and other factors outside of Seymouri's control.

Delivery Estimates

The processing and delivery timeframes provided above are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside of Seymouri's control.

Orders may take up to 45 days from the date of payment to be delivered. This 45-day timeframe is an estimated maximum delivery timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

If an order experiences an unexpected delay, Seymouri may provide the customer with an updated estimated delivery timeframe. Customers should contact seymouri.co@gmail.com if they have questions about the status of their order.
